I dont think any blame is on you but im sad i didnt get my order.
The delivery company has a picture of it on my porch but i didnt get it! Our neighborhood is safe and we’ve never had a package theft
I think the delivery driver took the picture and took it back. You need a better delivery service
So sad for an upsetting experience. 😢
Update: they sent me another band! I am so happy and its beautiful! This is first class customer service

I love the watch band, but I should have ordered a larger size. This size fits my wrist but is a little hard to get on or off since I have larger hands. Hopefully the elastic will hold up well.
I love my new crystal shores braided band!! It’s beautiful. And the customer service is amazing. The first band I ordered was too big (even though it was a small) and Cape Diablo responded quickly and got the issue resolved quickly. I would definitely order from Cape Diablo again; the quality and service speaks volumes.

I ordered the smallest size in a beautiful turquoise beaded watch band, but it was too big & floppy on my wrist. When I contacted Cape Diablo, they offered to custom make a watchband that would fit me just for paying for the new shipping, and they told my to keep the original band! I was very impressed with the deal and the service!

Watch band is even more beautiful than in pictures. Stones are gorgeous, sparkling blue colors. Small size fits my wrist well and doesn’t slide around.
It is beautiful in person. Exactly what I hoped it to be. I have had nothing but good luck with all my watch bands I bought from Caden Lane!

I had to have it made at a different size than was offered. The previous three I ordered I sent to my sister, so they weren't sent back, and she loves them too
I love my new watch strap, it’s even better than it looks in the photo. Very well made, has a bit of weight to it (not a bad thing) and looks more exit naive than it is.
